Over the last two years, Pearl has become an indispensable member of our Financial Services team. Entrusted to handle accounts of her own, including Chase a Corporate Alliance partner, Pearl has excelled at building relationships ground up. Even with a full workload on the Category team, Pearl also is the transactional multi-media AE on a list of independent agencies in the Midwest. Last year she increased billing by almost double, to over $10MM. Seizing on the momentum, Pearl also got an offer on the Rose Bowl from Marathon Petroleum, which the company leveraged with CapOne.
Pearl is fun and friendly, with deep connections throughout DAS. She also is strategic and creative, serving her well for a long career at Disney. Having spent time on the road with Pearl, she can handle any situation.
In the end we need to continue to foster talent at the Walt Disney Company. As much as we will be losing a core strength of our team, she is ready and prepared for the next step in her career.
